Over the past few years, I’ve been honored to accept a handful of awards for my work and partnership from both in-house and external sources. Each award has marked a milestone in my career and fueled my passion for beautiful, meaningful storytelling.

2025 | FORTUNE BRANDS INNOVATIONS

Moen Marketing Innovator Award

I was one of several associates awarded this honor at the 2025 Moen Annual Sales and Marketing Meeting, celebrating those who made significant contributions to our revamped ecommerce strategy. I was immensely proud to accept this award alongside my two teammates, Claire Orr and Jordan Conroy, and have our work as a small but mighty team recognized.

2024 | IN-HOUSE AGENCY FORUM

Gold Award | Digital Marketing Emails

This matte black email series remains one of my most proud accomplishments to date. Our DTC team had an idea for an October email series that they thought would be an easy lift with existing photography. With time on my side, I knew I could make this something special. I met with stakeholders, our production team, and my art director to convince them to let me take this a step further. The only issue was that I didn’t have much budget.

Instead of a whole new photoshoot, I worked with one of our agencies of record, TRG, to create new composites. We used moody set photography we already had and swapped out the products originally shot for matte black products in the promotion. Leveraging these new assets and some UGC, I was able to piece together a series of three beautiful emails that sold out multiple products within the promotion and took home the top honor in its category at the 2024 IHAF Awards.

Honorable Mention | Digital Marketing Emails

Many Moen emails are promotion-driven and feature a specific set of products, limiting my options in terms of beautiful imagery. This email provided an opportunity to feature more elevated and abstract photos, showcasing Moen’s unique finishes and demonstrating that our product range caters to every style.

2024 | FORTUNE BRANDS INNOVATIONS

Direct to Consumer Partnership Award

I was honored to accept this award at the 2024 Moen Annual Sales and Marketing Meeting for my contribution to DTC Commerce, awarded by our Senior Director of Direct Commerce. Before my role at FBIN, this team was relying on an agency to design and send two emails per week, hemorrhaging money for emails that felt basic and impersonal. With my in-house support, we were able to increase our send frequency, create more targeted audiences and experiences, and implement coordinated SMS campaigns.

Gold Award | Digital Marketing Emails

This pre-show email for 2023 CES garnered excitement for the future of the Moen Smart Water Network and drove traffic to our booth. I was nervous the moment I received this brief because it was so text-heavy, but each line of copy was necessary to explain the difference smart water security products can make in your home. To balance this out, I used a minimal design concept inspired by other smart home products like Google Nest. I was thrilled to accept this top honor in my first year of submitting to IHAF.

Silver Award | Digital Marketing Emails

This much-anticipated product launch email took home Silver in its category at the 2023 IHAF Awards. I remember working on this email and struggling to find a compelling way to showcase our latest innovation. It was one of my first emails I designed for Moen, the brand colors didn’t feel striking enough for the message, and there were strong opinions about not showing the full height of the product in the hero. Something about this ultra-cropped knockout and focus on the motion sensor just felt right, and I’m glad I pushed our stakeholders to look beyond the creative approach they held before.
