Sales Meeting Branding

After years of virtual sales meetings, Moen and House of Rohl brought their associates to Houston, Texas, to align on sales and marketing initiatives for 2025. The bar for this event was high as it needed to motivate associates to take their contributions to the next level during a challenging time in the market.

CHALLENGE

All the excitement around this return to in-person collaboration led to an array of theme ideas. Some concepts focused on the event location, some were more mission-driven. Ultimately, leadership selected the Elevate theme to inspire associates to elevate their ambitions. One of the biggest challenges with the selected theme was honing the motivational aspect without getting too lofty or spiritual, and without feeling like a stereotypical corporate event.

SOLUTION

I wanted all associates to see a piece of their legacy brand within the event, so I crafted the final concept to incorporate elements from both Moen and House of Rohl while adding in some assets unique to the event. I ensured that the theme was flexible enough to mold to the various applications and topics throughout the week without losing cohesion. A critical part of this project was also building a library of assets to arm other designers with the tools they’d need to design everything needed for this 500+ person event.
